Balance and Breathe Yoga In-Person

This event will demonstrate ways to relax, and ease anxiety and depression. It is not strenuous. We have some mats, so if you have your own yoga mat and pillow, please bring them. Space is limited. If you have questions, please call 254-526-1621.  Teens 15 and over and adults only.
